It's true. I watched the Live8 concert telecasted live in different cities around the world with U2 & Sir Paul McCartney kicking off the concert. Though you get splashes of celebrities/rock stars/film stars, the sobering theme of the concert was to create awareness of little children; African children who die due to extreme poverty.
You won't believe this.
A child in Africa dies every 3 seconds. 3. Only 3!
So do as i did. Sign up for a petition to abolish Africa's debt so little children can get the help they need. No debt=more money for their basic essentials that we tend to take for granted. Food,clean water,basic medication and an education so they can break out from that vicious cycle.
